The initiative is part of a revised plan against rising crime in the city. Following orders from the State Home Ministry, State Police Chief Vikas Sahay convened an urgent meeting with Police Commissioners, Range Chiefs, and Superintendents of Police with one objective clear before them: to compile a complete list of antisocial elements in every police station area within 100 hours.
